While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users within 72 hours as required by GDPR.

Appsolutions operates globally and may transfer your data to countries outside your jurisdiction, including the United States. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, adequacy decisions, and compliance with applicable international data transfer frameworks. By using our services, you consent to these transfers.
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed at children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will delete it promptly.
